2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products and Services

All purchases made on www.ashutoshchoudhary.com for digital products, automation tools, lead generation services, or CRM access are non-refundable. Since these are intangible products that cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital tools and software access (including CRM, automation tools, and lead management services).
  • Lead generation and marketing services once the campaign setup has started.
  • Custom development, consultation, or strategy services once work has commenced.
  • One-time setup fees or DFY (Done-For-You) services are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Advance or token payments made for any service are strictly non-refundable.

3. Subscription Plan Refund Policy

If you purchase a subscription plan, you are eligible for a refund only if you request it within 3 days of purchase, and only if:

  • You have not used the services significantly.
  • You have not accessed or benefited from any features of the platform.

After 3 days, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will not result in a refund.
  • Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, after which it will not renew.
  • If you wish to cancel your monthly or annual subscription, you must do so before the next billing date to avoid automatic renewal charges.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you were accidentally charged twice, you can request a refund for the duplicate amount.
  2. Service Non-Activation – If the service was never activated or provided due to a technical error on our end, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
